We're always looking for new ways to improve how we do special orders, and we feel online ordering makes special orders a cinch for you! You can place your order online anytime and have it shipped anywhere, or conveniently pick it up in store (with no shipping fees!) Here are just a few quick tips about online ordering:

• Our inventory isn't loaded onto this website. If the site says a book is available, we may be able to order it--but may not have it in. If you're wondering if we have a book IN-STOCK for immediate pickup, we recommend giving us a call at 920.568.9940.
• "Special Order--Subject to Availability" can oftentimes mean a book is out of print or otherwise unavailable. Feel free to place a book marked "Subject to Availability" on order--we'll do some checking on the exact status of it and get back to you, but your best bet would be to find another version of the book.
• How fast can we get a book in? We do our best to get books in as quickly as possible, but, as in most things in life, there's no real guarantee--sometimes delays arise. If your order will be delayed, we'll let you know as soon as possible via email.
• A special note about e-books. Although we admittedly prefer the tangible feel of paper books, we do understand that our customers can love the high-tech, as well. We do offer e-books that are available on a variety of readers. E-books currently can't be combined with "regular" books in the cart, but that is a glitch that will soon be fixed. If you have any questions about e-books, give us a call and we'll help you to the best of our ability!
