Jerol has been writing for over thirty years. A science major in college, she took creative writing as a second major to balance her soul. Following graduation, the writing continued to maintain a sense of self in the busy world of singledom. She joined programs in Chicago and Seattle, participating in critique groups to share with others filled with a writer’s passion. She writes in her private time, while working a full time job. Her two grown daughters and their families are, of course, her greatest fans. And, now after twenty-three years of singledom, her husband, Doug, has become the supportive critique king.
