**All rates are based on double occupancy. There will be a $10 charge for each additional guest.**
Tax (not included): 5% room tax, 5.5% sales tax

POLICIES

• We are a smoke-free and a pet-free guest house.
• The guest house is located above the bookshop and reached by a set of stairs. We are not equipped for wheelchair access.
• Check-in is from 3:00-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and noon-2pm on Saturday. Check-out is noon. Please let us know if you require special accommodations.
• A one night deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.
• You will receive a full refund if a cancellation is made up to 14 days before arrival date. You will receive a full refund minus a $10 administration fee if a cancellation is made up to 7 days before arrival date. There are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of arrival date.
• MasterCard, VISA, Discover and personal checks are accepted.
• Parking is available behind the guest house.
